Canada's biggest Rockstar Hotel party, produced by Toronto's District Lifestyle Marketing, stormed the Gladstone Hotel this weekend, the night before the MuchMusic Video Awards. In attendance were Joey McIntyre and Jordan Knight of New Kids on the Block, actor Rainn Wilson (The Office, Six Feet Under), Playboy Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole, Canadian Idol Kalan Porter, k-os, Kardinal Offishall, and members of Simple Plan, Hedley, Finger 11, Ill Scarlett, Protest the Hero, Bedouin Soundclash and Attack in Black.

As title sponsor of the event, PUMA showcased their new Runway line in their ominous storm-cloud room where special guests were outfitted with hot new PUMA shoes. PUMA took it to the next level with a fashion show on the fourth floor at 2:15 AM featuring Runway dancers. Fido’s large-scale video wall, housed on the main floor of the hotel, allowed guests to text or email pics and videos directly to the screens. Fido gifted Samsung A736 handsets to lucky VVIP guests in their private second floor Fido Lounge suite. Zune showcased the new Zune Digital Media Players, that just launched in Canada on June 13th. The Zune room showcased Canadian Zune Originals artwork where the highlight was the live art installation by Canadian Zune Originals artist, Ndeur. Guests to the suite received a set of Canadian Zune Originals posters and custom Zune tattoos. Guests walked into the FUZE room for a unique opportunity where two colour experts mapped out each guests’ colour aura. Each guest walked away with a colour reading, a description of their inner aura and a special bag with new FUZE samples of their delicious drinks.

Revelers rocked out on Rock Band on the XBOX 360 stage. Other sponsors of the event included Heineken, Dose.ca, E!, Exclaim! and Resource Integrated.

Pink Mafia produced music sets from Fierce Helder, Shit La Merde, Hatchmatik & Merk Meny (Peer Pressure/Montreal, Sandra (Siamese2Hearts/NYC), Guns ‘N’ Bombs (Kitsune/Turbo/LA) and attendees were treated to special live performance by Thunderheist.
